Entry Fee Information

  • The entry fee is $2000, including double occupancy lodging.

  • Single Occupancy rooms are limited and an extra fee of $500 (for the entire stay) will be collected at the event depending upon availability. 

  • Meals included: Breakfast, three dinners, and the Thursday night banquet.

  • $1500 of the fee is a tax-deductible donation to the Trails Preservation Alliance.

  • The event is limited to 75 riders, and reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please complete your application and payment online – these spots will go quickly, so the earlier, the better. If your payment and application are received after the 75 spots are filled, we will place you on stand-by or return your entry fee.
